Jenny’s home in Forsvik was the perfect retreat — peaceful, charming, and surrounded by stunning nature. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell Jenny puts a lot of care into the space, and it really made us feel at home. One of the highlights was how close it was to Kafé & Mat — we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly, and it made our stay feel even more special to have such a great spot just steps away. The location is ideal for enjoying Sweden’s natural beauty — with lakes, walking trails, and historic sites all nearby. We especially appreciated the quiet mornings and the calm atmosphere that made it so easy to relax and recharge. Jenny was a kind and attentive host, quick to respond and genuinely welcoming. We’re so grateful for the experience and would happily come back again. Tack Jenny for a lovely stay!

Cozy house on a farm where you could watch animals, large areas outside for the children to play on. Close to Omberg and Tåkern. Nice host, we got eggs from her chickens and best of all cleaning and sheets included in the rent.

We have enjoyed, have been in the house for almost two weeks with 5 adults. Lovely detached house. Beautiful large garden. Good beds. Characteristic house, beautiful conservatory and nice bathroom. Beautiful island. Patrik was quick to respond to questions.

The garden house matches the description perfectly. Anything you need is present. Coffee and tea are offered, and there are also delicious chocolates and bottles of water in the fridge. You can also use the garden with a table and 4 chairs and a number of hammocks. In short, a really nice place with the city center and a supermarket within walking distance.

Thank you for this super great place where we, our son and our two dogs were very welcome! We spent two nights here on our round trip to see the two huge lakes and the Göta Canal. The old farmhouse has modern amenities despite its historic charm, is clean, very spacious and offers everything you need for the stay. The highlight is the garden with the fantastic view and the visit of wild animals in the evening. We regret having only booked two nights and would be happy to come back. An absolute Airbnb recommendation!

A fantastic place in every way! A couple of glasses of wine at the bathhouse at sunset, there's nothing like it. Very well arranged for pleasant days. Here you undoubtedly get a lot for your money. Andreas also rents out a sauna if you want this. 11/10!

Lennart is a cool guy and was very proactive and helpful in his communication. The space was everything we wanted for a long weekend in town. Close to everything yet private in the middle of town. We'll definitely go back when we're in town next.

The accommodation offered by Ed and Sara is just magical. Its location and view are spectacular. The activities (rowing boat, fishing, cycling, table tennis, sauna, etc.) complete the experience. Not to mention the chickens. Our son loved collecting eggs every morning for our breakfast :) We loved the walks in the forest and around the magnificent lake. An unforgettable experience, enriched by the warm welcome of Sara and Ed, which are the most perfect hosts.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sweden! The house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with Jesper was possible at all times and he was always friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this place and send a huge thank you to Jesper and his family in Sweden!

Fantastic accommodation with large social areas as well as inside and outside. Fitted us perfectly which was a family with 13 people. Quiet and pleasantly far from neighbors and traffic, only lovely birds chirping around the corner 🌸 A nice host family.

Staying in Alexander's house was a real experience. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace, the view, the swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the boat trip to the island. Alexander gave us the good tip to watch the sunset, worth it! As the icing on the cake, we also saw the northern lights. The accommodation was spacious, cozy and very homely. In short, we would have liked to stay longer.

We had a nice evening at Anna-Karin's house. It was clean and nice and had a nice location with lake view and pool. The area was quiet and Anna-Karin was quick to help us if we had questions. Recommends this accommodation :)

Great place! Fantastic view, quiet surroundings, delicious and cozy to be able to light up both the wilderness bath and the sauna. And cozy with a little boat trip on the lake at sunset. A fantastic little gem, I highly recommend!

Nice and pleasant little cottage that met expectations, exactly as described. Peaceful and private location with cozy balcony - we had our 2 breakfasts there in the sun and birdsong.☀️ Lovely garden area in front where the dogs thrived! Great communication with host!

Perfect place to stay. Even nicer than the pictures. The sauna is very lovely, next to the river, we really loved it. Frans is very nice and generous. I highly recommend this place. Note: you can hear the noise from the main route (not inside the cabine) but you can easily forget about it.

The peaceful lake views and morning birdsong made our stay truly unforgettable. We especially loved exploring the Tiveden national park — the trails were wild and beautiful. Christina was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place is a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and quiet moments. We’re grateful for the memories and already hoping to return!

Back to basics and yet the luxury of a sofa by the fireplace and a nice bed. What a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Pumping water, chopping wood, providing hot water on the old-fashioned stove and living by candlelight in the evening. We enjoyed the surroundings and the tranquility! The contact in advance with Josefine was pleasant and Josefine's father received us warmly when we arrived and explained everything. A nice personal touch to our stay. We'd love to come back.

The stay was very nice, the sauna and the area with the lake and the small jetty was really great! :) The hut was clean, you had water containers available for washing dishes, showering... and firewood was also ready to use for the stove, which kept the hut nice and warm. The toilet was also clean. We would come back!

We had a short but cozy stay where we could watch birds and the beautiful landscape around. I can really recommend this cozy place!

The most wonderful weekend in Anki and Ingvar's little paradise. We enjoyed two nights in a private glamping tent with lake view and all the facilities you could wish for such a trip. A trip to their lovely little sauna was the icing on the cake. Anki also made the most delicious breakfast and pizza kit, to make pizza yourself. In addition, there are many beautiful lakes and nature in the area, which we also had the opportunity to explore. Last but not least, Anki and Ingvar were sweet and welcoming and very helpful no matter what questions or shortcomings you had. We will definitely be back!! Perfect accommodation for us 4 adults and a small baby. Wonderful with a private balcony and close walking distance to the city center. Nice reception and easy check-in and check-out. Can really recommend!
