Welcome to our holiday home — a cherished family house purchased in 2025 and recently renovated, which we’re delighted to share with you! It’s our coup de cœur ❤️ — a charming 1860 flint-stone house, typical of the region, that was once part of a farm. Ideally located on the hillside, it’s the last (or first!) house in Yport 📍, offering full immersion in the countryside: you might spot a rabbit hopping through the garden… or a few flies. That’s life in nature! 🌾🌊 Surrounded by fields, just steps from the majestic cliffs 🏞️ and the famous GR21 trail 🚶‍♀️, it offers a truly authentic escape. Although it feels secluded, the town center and beach are just a 15-minute walk away 🚶‍♂️🏖️. Here, you’ll enjoy peaceful living with a small sea view 🌊 that changes with the seasons and the foliage 🌳. This home is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking calm and quiet 🧘‍♀️. INSIDE Perfect for up to 6 guests, our house is designed for family stays. It suits a couple with 2 or 3 children, or two couples with 1 or 2 children. It features a triple bunk bed (note: the top bunk has limited headroom and is better as an extra bed 🤫), plus a single bed that can be converted into a large 160x200 double bed 🛌. For younger guests, there’s a desk ✍️, toys 🧸, a mini library 📚, and board games for all ages 🎲 OUTSIDE The garden is fully enclosed and secure for children to play freely. There’s room to park one or two cars. In the heart of a site classified "REMARKABLE NATURAL AREA" you will enjoy a unique place of healing, between land and sea, in the middle of nature, and 800m from the pebble beach and its alabaster cliffs. Located on the edge of the GR21 which runs along the coast, this typical thatched cottage benefits from a closed ground of 1200 m2 and an exceptional green environment. The house is warm and you can meet around the fireplace or visit the surroundings: FECAMP or ETRETAT are 15 minutes away.

Located in a small village on the cliffs at 1 km from two pretty beaches, our house with its flowery garden is the ideal spot to rest, walk, visit or practice sports. The border of the cliff is 400m behind the house whit beautiful footpaths going down to the beaches. A 15-20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Fantastic coastal and countryside scenery. Etretat at 5 km, Fecamp 11 km, Le Havre 30 km, Honfleur 50km. Private parking place and Wifi. 6 guests.
