Location d'une charmante maison de plain pied de 85m2, entièrement rénovée, avec jardin et stationnement, à deux pas du centre historique, des commerces et du centre aquatique. Pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable avec baie vitrée donnant sur le jardin et la terrasse, cuisine aménagée et équipée, salle de bain avec grande douche à l'italienne, 3 chambres lumineuses avec vue sur le jardin. Venez découvrir Bayeux ville d'art et d'histoire située entre terre et mer, au coeur des plages du DDAY.

La fermette de Célysse (proche Omaha-Beach)

La fermette de Célysse est une fermette typique du Bessin datant de 1820. Elle est composée d'une grande salle, d'un salon, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bain et WC au rez-de chaussée. L'étage dispose de 4 chambres. A l'extérieur, il y a une cour et un jardin de 1500 m2 avec terrasse et bassin. Elle est située près de Trévières (tous commerces), à 9 km des plages du débarquement (Omaha Beach) et à 12 km de Bayeux (Tapisserie, cathédrale...) Linge de lit et serviettes de toilette fournis.
