This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Liten fin sjöstuga med optimalt läge i centrala Vaxholm med bara några meter till vattnet. Ett rum med en dubbelsäng (180cm) för 2 personer med hög sovkomfort, 2 sköna fåtöljer och bord med 2 stolar. Dessutom en hall, toa med dusch, minikök med sittplats samt en privat uteplats på baksidan av huset. Läget är utmärkt för den som vill turista i Stockholm och skärgården. Ca 3 min gångväg till Vaxholms centrum med restauranger, affärer och buss- och båt kommunikationer. Buss till Sthlm ca 35 min.

Bekvämt boende 60 kv, plats för fyra. En bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng finns i vardagsrummet och en dubbelsäng i sovrummet. Köket är utrustat med kyl , frys, spis, kaffebryggare och matplats för fyra. Barnstol finns. Tvättmaskin finns. Stugan är belägen inne på gården med en terass i lugnt läge. Här har du nära till allt i vackra Vaxholm. 800 m till centrum, 500 m till badstranden. 1 km till elljusspår, utegym, bad, höghöjdsbanan, paddelbana. Gästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar
