A quiet environment with a variety of activities

Welcome to Norrhult-Klavreström. A working environment with a long history. The house you rent is located about 25 meters from our residential house. It is a wonderful environment with proximity to ICA, golf (9-hole course) located on the other side of our lake. Fishing, amazing mountain bike trails, visit our amazing glassworks and Europe's longest Zip-Line track is located on the north side of the lake. The house is a stone's throw from the lake where you have access to a boat. Here everything is quiet and calm, perfect if you want to enjoy and relax.

Work from home in a quiet environment? Or just have a vacation? Here you get fully equipped accommodation with a high standard, next to a nice swimming area with immediate access to bicycles, kayaks and a canoe. Close to Hanaslövsbacken for skiing/downhill skiing. Good opportunities for hiking, cycling or just enjoying the tranquility. The house has what you need, oven, crockpot, washing machine, underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bedroom has a new bed of 140 cm and the living room a sofa that one person can sleep in. Suitable for 1-3 people.

Charming cottage on a lake property

Right on the beachfront is the cottage that was renovated in 2022. The cottage is 40 m² and has one bedroom with two beds as well as a living room with a sofa bed. There is a shower and toilet as well as a wood-burning sauna. In the living room there is also a wood-burning stove that contributes to a cozy atmosphere. Around the area, cows wander in meadows, and around the lake runs an 8 km long road where you can also see sheep and horses. Canoes and boats can be rented, and fishing licenses are available for all fishing enthusiasts.

The cottage "Sjöbranten" is surrounded by trees down to a lake. There are no visible neighbors, so here you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the forest. Private swimming bridge with rowboat, inflatable kayaks, paddle board and various swimming animals. Terrace from which the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and incredibly beautiful. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has settled, which means that baths must be taken while sitting in the bathtub

Summer house by the lake

Idyllic accommodation right on Lake Madkroken and the forest just around the corner. The cottage is an older timber house that has recently been rebuilt and extended, so this is where old meets new. Upstairs is the master bedroom with lake view, two bedrooms, two bedrooms, toilet and small workplace. On the lower floor is a small but functional kitchen, living room, dining room and glass veranda. Sauna, shower, toilet, living room and sleeping loft for two are in the guest house right next door. Wood-fired hot tub is available.

Huset har tre ordentliga sovrum och möjlighet finns att utöka sovplatserna med ytterligare två bäddsoffor. Charmiga detaljer som vittnar om de djupa rötterna i den småländska landsbygden finns det gott om och här får du uppleva en semester som ger gott om tid för återhämtning, med långa promenader och middagar med utsikt över sjön. Och kanske en tur i kanoten som finns vid stranden?
