Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. How wonderful it is in Loosdrecht! Enjoy the beautiful view from our rooftop terrace over De Loosdrechtse lakes. Or from the terrace in the harbor at restaurant Porto. Feel welcome on our boat. We hope you will treat our boat as well as we do. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside. No problem for you? Looking forward to welcoming you! In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses.
