The Amsterdam metro can be reached within 15 minutes by bike, as well as several supermarkets, restaurants, and recreational areas.

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week of offsite work. Our villa is 5 min./400 m. walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/10 min. by train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workplace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and will be ready by mid-March '25.
