The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Live in a quiet location, close to the city and at the same time directly by the forest in an unusual & stylishly furnished apartment with a fantastic view of the countryside. So this is then a PASSAGEWAY ROOM! Our accommodation is located in the village. Rural and (mostly) quiet. The immediate surroundings are ideal for bicycle rides and walks in the woods. Shopping for basics such as groceries is available ~ 4 km away. The district capital of Diepholz is ~ 10 km away.
