One of the best Airbnb stays in Kolkata. House is in great condition with all the amenities mentioned. Quiet and safe neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, shopping and other things. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Ratanottama has been a great host. Her property lies at the heart of South Kolkata. South City mall is within walking distance of the apartment. Her property is a living trove of retro vibes. Someone who likes to get a taste of nostalgia and a feel of home away from home, please visit and stay at her property. Stayed at Nandini’s place for a week with my pet … very peaceful & nice place … caretaker came every morning to check … nice & cosy place with a little garden for pets to move around. It was our 2nd visit within a year.A quite spacious apartment with all suitable amenities & a proper go to place for a weekend party with a group of friends.The major attraction is the long drawing room as well as the open terrace.The host Saikat da is an amazing & friendly person whom we can associate easily as an elder brother.Highly recommened for friends group or even staying with family.Added facility is its promixity to the NSCBI airport which is almost 3kms

Me and my family stayed at Sandeep's place in Newtown, Kolkata for a month while our new flat was getting ready. Sandeep's place is centrally located and is very well connected with all important places here. Plus the daily commute to our new flat from this place was very convenient. The flat is located in an upscale, modern and safe complex. Could not have asked for a better location. Moreover this flat was exactly what we wanted and had all the modern amenities that one needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and was fully operational from day one. The daily housekeeping was an added bonus. Further the host and his team were very responsive and extremely helpful. All our needs and requests were attended to promptly and completely to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place for anyone (alone or with a small family) planning to spend a few days (or for a long term stay) in Newtown, Kolkata.

We had chosen the place for 3 days. This place is as described on the listing, felt right at home. The host and the staff are super responsive and the apartment had every thing you would need for your stay. Example - even an umbrella was present considering the rainy season. Our stay was very comfortable and would recommend anyone who is looking for a stay near Park Street, Esplanande or Howrah. I would love to stay again during my visit to Kolkata in future.

It was a promising and aesthetic stay at Cozy Corner for two days. Matched the images as shown as well. The location was easy to find and situated close to the main hub of South city. The rooms are aesthetically decorated and the main highlight was the super cute kitchen. It was a relaxing stay, especially with the help of the responsive owner.

The best part was it's location - easily accessible from all the tourist spots. The place was very cosy and apt for a family stay. It just felt like another home! Amenities like, television, airconditioners, washing machine, Fully functional kitchen made us feel really comfortable. It had a few good restaurants and a cafe too at a walking distance. Easy delivery by Zomato and blink it. You could easily book a uber too. Also, the host was very responsive and we would definitely recommend this place to whoever visiting Kolkata next!

In one word it was a splendid stay indeed , from location to to home amenities everything was just spot on l. Host communicated very well in our entire stay. I must mention shalinee’s mom who went extra mile to make sure we are comfortable during our entire stay, i had a small chitchat with her as well , she is a very sweet person to have a conversation with. The property was too good. We went there for photoshoot sessions. Believe me, we stayed one full day. The host has given me the room at 11.30am only😍. Each and every thing was placed so nicely. Room was even more beautiful and better than showed in images😍. The 2 things, I loved most are the big LG tv with sexy sound and powerful Hitachi AC😌. The AC at 25 degree also feels like 18 degrees. There were good microwave oven, induction and geysers also. The sofa and background of Sofa helped us a lot in shooting portraits 😍😍. Another good thing is the room has smart lock. Also, the mattress was too good for couples😁. Great view from the big balcony🥹. Asutosh responded my each and every call. He took care of every single thing we needed. The washroom was too good and cleaned also. We are going to visit at Asutosh’s property regularly now.
