On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

The apartment has a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 people) In addition to the bed (including bed linen), there is a sofa and TV for relaxation. You can make smaller meals. (Pots, electric cooker, cutlery, etc., and refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump (air conditioning) The apartment is a smoke-free area. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.
