The accommodation is located on Leines in Leirfjord which is about 10 km from the center of Sandnessjøen. There is parking at the property with charging facility. Possibilities to rent a kayak, SUP and canoe.

In the main house there is a cafe with traditional coffee food. The cultural workshop also offers art, concerts and antique shops.
