Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Absolutnie zachwycające mieszkanie z niezapomnianym widokiem. Bardzo komfortowe, przestrzenne, świetnie wyposażone - w kuchni wszystko, czego nawet najlepsi kucharze potrzebują do gotowania, dla dzieci zabawki i wiele dostosowań, doskonały ekspres do kawy z pyszną kawą, pralnia z suszarką, wszystko co potrzebne na plaże, komfortowe materace w łóżkach, przestrzeń jasna i czysta - no i najważniejsze - widok na morze i całe wybrzeże. Piekny design, nowoczesne rozwiązania. Z okna można zobaczyć zamek w Alicante i skałę w Calpe! Słychać w mieszkaniu szum fal. Okolica spokojna, z doskonałą restauracją tuż przed blokiem. Do plaży dwa kroki, można sobie machać z okna do dzieci na plaży:) Autem 20 minut do centrum Alicante, 10 minut od lotniska. Lokalizacja cicha, spokojna, spacerowa. Nazwa tej firmy to nie przesada - to naprawdę gospodarze, jak z marzeń. Isco i Almudena są zawsze pomocni! To nasze 3 mieszkanie dreamhosting, w którym mieszkaliśmy, naszym zdaniem najlepsze. Na pewno wrócimy!

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine à la villa Delfin de Felicidad. L'appartement est très bien équipé, agréable et correspond totalement aux photos. La vue est spectaculaire et totalement dépaysante. Le secteur est très calme tout en étant proche du centre de Torrevieja. Félicidad est une hôte très sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute, une adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour.

We booked the apartment to attend an event. plus it was my partners birthday weekend. Pedro was a great host, all questions were answered immediately. We loved our stay in the apartment,it was clean, homely, spacious and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. We liked the fact that we had various option's to eat out at some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Also the local supermarket was less than 5 minutes away. There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Schon im Vorfeld wurde eine WA-Gruppe erstellt, in der uns alle relevanten Informationen für den Check-in sowie tolle Tipps bereitgestellt wurden. Die Unterkunft liegt in Flughafennähe, der Check-in verlief kontaktlos und völlig reibungslos. Die Wohnung selbst, insbesondere Küche und Bad, war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht: Kaffee, Tee, sogar Alkohol standen für uns bereit. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und familiär. Der Poolbereich war angenehm, auch wenn dort etwas Laub lag. Für Hijabis ist gut zu wissen, dass der Poolbereich nur partiell uneinsehbar ist. Strand und Supermarkt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch empfehlenswert. Damit gelangt man schnell nach Alicante. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Ehebett ist instabil, was bei mir den Schlaf ein wenig beeinträchtigt hat. Daniel war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

We enjoyed it a lot to stay in this amazing villa. It has a perfect location, with the beach, supermarket and restaurants on walking distance. The villa is clean, has a great pool, and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for families with children. The owners are super friendly and helpful during your stay. They are very proactive in providing information, answering questions, and when we faced a small problem they fixed it quickly. Their friendliness contributed a lot to our holiday experience.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Nous recommandons l'appartement de Carmen, c'est une hôte très réactive, aimable et amicale par message. Merci beaucoup pour la bouteille de vin ! L'appartement est super bien placé au centre de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Le bus C6 pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport est à seulement quelques mètres, sur la place de los Luceros, sauf durant les feux de joie de la Saint-Jean, où il se prend sur le port. Le tram aussi se trouve à Luceros, c'est très pratique pour aller à la plage de San Juan par exemple. Si vous souhaitez participer à cette fête, il est idéalement situé car il y a des animations sur cette place ainsi que dans l'avenue Frederico Soto, au pied de l'immeuble, avec de la musique. Il y a de nombreux commerces, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité, ainsi que le port. L'appartement est propre, très pratique, bien équipé et conforme à la description. La vue sur le port et la ville est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci beaucoup !
