This was a perfect location for our vacation, central to points of interest like the mall and restaurants. The community is quiet and safe. Apartment cleanliness was 5 stars. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and is spacious. Netflix is a plus. Air conditioner worked great. A huge bonus was the well stocked first aid kit. Vehicle parking is in your own garage. We were even greeted with a piece of cake and balloon for our anniversary. Highly recommend this place and will be staying again.

Inlove with this place I’ve been to plenty of air bnbs and this was one of the most clean beautiful everything you need and kid friendly. I definitely recommend and will be coming back I didn’t want to leave :(

This place was cozy and had all the essentials, including beach items like chairs, a cooler, a kickboard, and more. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from a lively, clean public beach lined with small shops and restaurants, literally steps away from the ground-floor apartment. The weekend I stayed, there was a concert across the street, so we enjoyed the music from the comfort of the outdoor seating area. The bedrooms have AC, which kept everyone comfortable at night, but during the day we opened the front door and back window to let the ocean breeze fill the apartment. You can park either in front of the house or in the back; I chose the back since the front faces a busy street with frequent traffic. Overall, Enrique’s home is a simple, charming spot within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and a scenic walking path where people gather to watch the sunset. Enrique was friendly and helpful, and all of his instructions were clear and easy to follow.

A beautiful off the beaten path home conveniently located near the beaches and bar/restaurants. Close enough to travel into San Juan to shop and enjoy the nightlife. Also close enough to visit the far west beaches in Aguadilla and Rincon for snorkeling. Central enough to explore the mountains and caves. We were at great beaches within minutes without feeling crowded. Raymond and Nydia are so helpful and sweet. We always felt safe and comfortable. Can’t thank them enough for making our 10 day stay exceptional.

The communication was excellent, and the place was nicely updated. I especially appreciated having access to a washer and dryer—it made things so convenient. It also felt safe to walk around at night. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit again.

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

If you want to stay in Vega Baja, this is the place. Near the beach walking distance. Every aspect of the house super clean, complete kitchen. beds available. Just Great. And the Hosts Rafael and Maria Excellent people. Recommended with eyes closed.

My son stayed at the apartment and was very impressed with it. Francisco and his team were very friendly, responsive, efficient, kind, flexible and understanding. I would recommend staying there and would do so again without any hesitation.

Elizabeth’s place is the perfect getaway spot! It’s literally a few steps from the beach and local restaurants. It looks exactly like the photos. Elizabeth is a very kind and responsive host. I will definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Very clean place. Home welcoming place. The owner was responsive and kind. The place was clean and had everything you would need to have a nice stay. The very upstairs was beautiful but if you don’t like bugs of any kind expect it to there (not cuz the place is dirty) due to trees etc. apartment is private and nobody bothers you, everyone is to themselves. Overall great place, great owner and only 13 minutes away from the closest Walmart.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with an amazing view. Walkable to coffee and food. Thank you for being a great host.

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.
