Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vega Baja

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. Such a beautiful home with beautiful views! It was truly breathtaking! The home was clean, easy to access, the views and house amenities were amazing, and we had no issues during our stay! This home is as pictured and described. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day, and we explored the private beach. Definitely hoping to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

Mr.Tom was very welcoming. My flight was changed causing me to arrive hours early before check in was scheduled. I contacted Mr.Tom about this and asked him if it was possible to check in a couple hours early. He was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to check in at an early time. The views that you get outside the villas are actually breath taking and memorable. I will definitely make this my go to spot. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MR.TOM!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Yayra has taken care of all the details to make you feel comfortable. Freshly cleaned linens, fully equipped kitchen, clean, clean, clean. Even a welcome present 🎁! The location can’t be better, walk everywhere, and so much close by. We always felt safe even walking around late at night. The apartment and the building are very beautiful and unique. In summary, great place, beautiful, accessible, and with everything you will need.

Private room studio with all requirements to spend an awesome weekend in Jayuya Area. Close to all attractions / restaurants / "chinchorros". This is our second weekend in Cafe Latte place, and more to come!!!!

Beautiful clean condo with a great view from the balcony and bedroom window. Bed was huge and comfy, as was the couch. Lots of useful beach amenities like sunscreen, aloe, chairs, lots of beach towels and cooler. Market across the street was just okay, would recommend walking a few minutes further to the Pueblo supermarket instead, but many other walkable shops and restaurants. Beach access was very nice and never too crowded to get a good spot to set up. Pool was refreshing as well. The complex itself was very safe secure and private.

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

Our stay was wonderful with a lot of amenities at your disposal. Also you get very detailed instructions and information on how to check in,house rules and great places to eat and take the kids for fun.

We were thankful to have picked this place and been able to stay here! Beautiful home and surroundings. We were looking to spend some time in El Yunque and this location worked out well for us. It was not a big deal or too hot but the whole house does not have AC, just the bedrooms. The house was so nicely decorated, clean, and very well thought out!

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Our stay at Doel’s glamping site was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor shower, our room with 360 view of nature, the coy pond, and shared pool/kitchen area. The visits from lizards, iguanas, and coquis was charming and made us feel immersed in nature while also having an AC and comfortable bed to rest :) Definitely a gem of a place and Doel is one of the best hosts I have encountered. He is full if passion for PR and lots of knowledge he shared proactively and then upon request. Thank you for making our honeymoon so sweet!

We had a great stay - location very walkable to restaurants. The beach is right there and is very spacious and beautiful - the water was awesome. They provide everything you will need for the beach, towels, cooler and chairs very convenient. They also provided plenty of paper products and toiletries so you really don’t need to worry about that. The location is good quick drive to San Juan and about an hour from Fajardo where we did excursions like snorkeling etc. Carmen was very proactive and communicated really well and quick to help with any questions or issues. Would recommend for a nice beach trip.

Renato’s place is fantastic and he is an excellent host. Even while traveling internationally he was responsive and provided alternate communication methods. You can’t beat the location of Renato’s place, it makes it unnecessary to rent a car for the trip. The apartment is clean and tidy, ideal for one or two people, and the kitchen is perfect to make small meals to avoid eating out every meal. The bed is comfortable, and the view from the balcony is idyllic at all hours. I really like the added security of the key fob and front desk guard, you just have to be let in when you arrive. Condado/ PR still have some power outages so I was grateful for the external batteries I packed. I believe the building has backup generators for essentials. The beautiful view comes with a bit higher noise levels because the glass doesn’t reduce sound from the street but generally it didn’t disturb us. We hope to stay here again!

Overall my family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒🧑‍🧑‍🧒and I loved 😍 this place! With 4 bedrooms 🛏️, 4 bathrooms🛁 and multiple sitting areas 🛋️; it offered a vast amount of space for my family of 6. Upgrades are visible throughout the property. However, The kitchen is due for an upgrade as well. The patio and pool🏊🏽‍♀️ are amazing!! It’s spacious with the best outdoor amenities one could ask for. The outdoor bathroom, sink 🚰and laundry 🧺room were very useful and a plus for our stay. The security🚨 protocols made us feel safe in this beautiful neighborhood. Fast food, supermarkets, beaches and restaurants were very close by. We rented vehicles but I don’t think it’s an absolute must if you want to stay in this area. During the power outage Scott was responsive (during our entire stay). Although there wasn’t a generator, bright lamps 🔦were available. Thankfully the power was restored within 24 hours 🙌🏾.

Can't say enough about how great this place was! George was responsive the 1 time we had a question, and his guest book and guide was great for identifying local activities and foods! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with extras like beach towls and chairs! Just a short walk to casinos, restaurants, and shops! the condo is oceanfront, and the balcony had a beautiful view in the mornings! The condo association also had karaoke and light snacks on the property on Saturday evening.. so much fun! There were also beach cafe's, jet ski rental, and parasailing within a short walk down the beach. I'm ready to plan my trip for next year :-)
