The loft by the sea is a magical place, totally independent, in a pretty property with your feet in the water. It offers a very bright, high-end contemporary space and an unforgettable East/West view of the sea! The village of Sausset les Pins on the Côte Bleue offers all shops accessible very quickly on foot 30 minutes from the old port of Marseille or Aix en Provence, 1 hour from the Luberon (Lourmarin) or the Alpilles (St Rémy de Provence), there is no shortage of dream destinations!

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

In the center of Aix-en-Provence, very nice one-story villa in a residential area, about a fifteen-minute walk from the hypercenter. Surrounded by trees and plants, and equipped with large bay windows on four sides, the immersion in nature and the view of the Sainte-Victoire mountain are exceptional. The villa is located a 5-minute walk from the Terrain des Peintres and the Atelier Cézanne. Ideal for 2 to 8 people, villa available throughout the year, air conditioning.

Sea house, Malmousque Neighborhood

Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.
