Es una casa tipo loft rústica de amplios ambientes integrados, en el entrepiso cuenta con una habitación de 7 metros por 3 con un sommier de dos plazas (queen size) y dos camas chicas con buenos colchones. Su mayor atractivo es un ventanal de 4 metros de largo por 2 de alto con una vista inmejorable a grutas de salamanca y sierras de sosa.
