super nice and nicely decorated apartment, very complete with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. supermarket nearby was also great. Alexandra responds quickly and kindly, everything was clear and check-in went smoothly. Recommended!

The spacious apartment is in the middle of the city center, which was incredibly convenient for us. The host had good tips on where to park, he had described everything clearly and responded quickly if we had any questions.

The room was well located, walking distance to the centre. restaurants and supermarket just around the corner and 2 mins walk. Bas was kind enough to help us with the laundry. unfortunately we arrived on a awfully cold day and the electric heater was not big enough. the duvet and blankets where warm though. the bathroom though private is not attached to the room. Short walk to the train station and other fun shops. 5 mins walk from a really cute market on Saturdays. You’ll feel like a local staying here. The neighborhood can be a bit rowdy though since it’s next to a Main Street. Cars get obnoxious pretty late. The place is huge and had patios to enjoy.

Ras, everything went well, the accommodation is spacious, very clean and very well located. The neighborhood is very quiet, no dogs, no neighborhood problems. Charming little building. Convenient access to the city center with all the shops nearby.(crossroads market, aldi, Lidl). I recommend it for discovering Belgium🇧🇪.

Very nice apartment, really in the center! The host, Jurgen, responds quickly and kindly. Upon reception, you will feel right at home and pleasantly surprised by the luxurious look and all the comforts in and of the apartment. You can also roll down into the city and can also enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, sunbeds & a table on the beautiful roof terrace in peace. Jurgen also has nice tips for cafes in the city! We'd love to come back!

What an amazing house! A very nice atmosphere, it felt to me like the house embraces you. Beautiful location, in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. Beautiful green garden. Bart is a great host. We were very kindly received. Definitely recommended if you like a house with character. I also found the story behind this house very inspiring and beautiful. Thank you Bart! We went to this vacation home with 7 adults and 6 young children and had a great time despite the bad weather. Beautiful spaces and beautiful garden, plenty of everything.. the separate cottage was also very useful for the family with the youngest member of 1 year. The location is also recommended: both within walking distance and at a maximum of 30 minutes' drive, there are many activities for young and old.

This cottage in Groesbeek is wonderful! There is a super nice garden that is very neatly maintained and where you can enjoy the silence with only some croaking frogs in the pond. The cottage is very spacious, it was very neat and clean when we arrived, and there are many amenities that make the stay pleasant. The location is great and hot tub and sauna are of course also super luxurious. We had a great time! Thank you.

Roos's place was a great find in the Netherlands! A nice attic-style apartment, tucked away in the lovely Ulvenhout town. The area was quiet and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. The apartment is located 2 mins away from the bus stop so reaching Breda was quite easy. The main shop is also very close by with everything you might need. Roos went out of her way to accommodate our requests and needs and she was an attentive and caring host. The apartment was well equipped with a lot of bonus items to make our stay pleasant. We hope to be back very soon!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

It is a beautiful house surrounded by greenery. The house has a spacious kitchen with all the necessities. Everything was neat and nicely decorated. Pleasant communication with the host. All in all, we had a nice weekend.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!

Ben & Pauline are great hosts. We were there for the NJF and the had printed out a map with all the locations we needed. They also were kind enough to make sure we had parking cards for two days and answered all my questions really quickly.
