Cozy one bedroom apartment in city centar of Subotica. Completely renovated and newly furnished, perfect for a short stay. Private parking inside of the facility is available free of charge. It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. Hygiene and hospitality are very important to us. It is our pleasure to welcome you for a comfortable overnight in our apartment.

The house is near the big station . Separate building from the city center 1.5 Km. 20 minutes on foot . There is a public transport in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with a premium category air-conditioning system. Bedrooms with separate entrances 3 pieces, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi. Parking is not charged. The parking lot is in front of the house, with a camera.

The apartment is located across the street from the farmers market, where you can get fresh local ingredient’s (fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat). The city center is 5 minutes away by foot. If you enjoy nature, Dudova suma park is also located 6 minutes away. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The apartment has free WI-Fi, as well as cable TV.

No permanent crew, only if needed. Breakfast is not offered.
