Holiday houses in Vélez de Benaudalla

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist wirklich super ordentlich, sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, man vermisst nichts und kann auch wunderbar kochen, Frühstück bereiten usw. Sogar die wichtigsten Basisprodukte, wie Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Willkommensgetränke sind da. Es ist wirklich komfortabel und man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause. Der Ausblick hat uns jeden Tag erneut zum schwärmen gebracht. Der Blick auf den kleinen Yacht-Hafen ist sehr spannend, man hat immer was zu können. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und spazieren ein. Wir sind fast alles zu Fuß gelaufen und empfehle eine App mit eibgezeichneten Wanderrouten, dann findet man tolle Aussichtspunkte. Die Gegend ist generell sehr schön ruhig und gesittet, anders als in den umliegenden Städten. Verschiedene kleine und große Strände sind in der Nähe und im Hafen ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der auch Sonntags auf hatte. Danke für die tolle Zeit und stets freundliche Kommunikation!

un duplex totalmente equipado, la residencia muy linda y limpia, la casa cuenta hasta con juguetes asi que mi sobrina disfruto la estancia tanto como nosotros, de lo unico que no pudimos disfrutar fue del gimnasio porque hubo un inconveniente con las llaves. la llegada y salida muy sencilla. la comunicación y atención muy buena. nos gustaría repetir.

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento. Está perfectamente equipado. Todo muy limpio. Espacio suficiente para 4 personas. Dos plantas, una habitación y un baño en cada planta, muy cómodo. Las camas muy limpias y cómodas. Los baños también muy limpios con lo necesario, toallas,gel, champú ...hasta un secador de pelo. Cocina pequeña pero con todo lo necesario. Salón también muy cómodo,limpio y práctico. Tenía algunos juegos y juguetes para niños. La piscina también estaba muy bien, con césped y sombra, aunque se quedaba un poco chica para todas las personas que residen en esta época de verano. Igualmente la disfrutamos poco porque preferíamos la playa. Volveríamos.

Ignacio is definitely a superhost!! Easygoing, very communicative, quick responsive and attentive. Even though we could not meet him, it was so obvious that he truly cares, and he makes all the necessary to make you have the best experience possible. He even borrowed us a couple of bicycles, as we were travelling with no car. The apartment is decorated exactly as shown in the pictures, and it has all the gadgets needed for a long stay. Also a good WiFi made remote working smoothly. The only thing that was not as expected was the terrace. It does not look the same as in the picture (probably a pic from some time ago), and we were expecting to access it directly from the apartment. But that was on us, because in the pics is to be seen that it is located on the roof of the building. Nevertheless, we spent most of the free time on the swimming pool area, which was really nice and enjoyable :) And the gym was also an awesome “nice to have”, since you will surely love the food and the tapas in the nearby restaurants. The village is located wonderfully, near the mountains, the city of Granada, the beach and many other sightseeing spots. By car you will be in almost no time everywhere. We went by bus and, although for us it was ok, you should now that the connections are not so frequent as you may expect, but the village is well connected with Granada city and Motril. And, in any case, in Vélez you will have all you need for a quite, enjoyable relaxing stay: several restaurants, ice cream shop, supermarket, fruit shop, hairdresser, etc. But do not expect any shopping area, though you have two dollar stores to cover your main needs.

Bon séjour ! le village était en effervescence durant notre weekend, c'était une bonne surprise. le logement est grand, bien équipé et la piscine est agréable.

I can't say enough about this beautiful one-of-a-kind home and location. It was like something from a luxurious dream! I would highly recommend staying if you want a real treat.

We had an amazing stay at Steffi’s place in Velez de Benaudalla. The place was in a great location, was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. It was a great space too with two beautiful patios for the evenings. Steffi was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Velez!

Wir haben einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Sandras Unterkunft verbracht. Die mehrstöckige Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, sinnvoll und gemütlich im typisch spanischen Stil eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details und bietet sehr viel Platz inklusive einer Dachterrasse mit Gasgrill und Blick auf die Berge. Sandra ist eine ausgesprochen zuvorkommende, freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr um unser Wohl bemüht war. Sie reagierte stets zügig und zuverlässig auf alle unsere Anfragen. Vélez de Benaudalla ist ein schöner kleiner Ort - ein hervorragender Spot insbesondere für (sportlich) aktive und naturliebende Menschen: Man gelangt schnell ins bergige Hinterland, z.B. für Radtouren und/oder Wanderungen. Im Ort gibt es Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sowie einige Restaurants und Bars. Eine schnelle Anbindung nach Motril ist aber ebenfalls gegeben. Wir können Sandras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
