It has a garden and sun terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers, outdoor table, barbecue facilities and parking are included. Please note that there is a possibility to accommodate 3rd person on an extra bed. Size 50 sq.m. independent residense.

N e r a d u House is a beautiful old stone ground floor in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and N e ra d u house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the goal of staying as it was 200 years ago.

White Orchid appartment is part of a 4 appartments on the 1st floor of a building 200 meters from Gaios port road. It has a spacious bedroom of 2 single or one double bed, bathroom with shower and kitchenette. There is a furnished balcony with spectacular views to the south entrance of Gaios port, the all green island of St. Nicholas and towards the village of Gaios.
