The apartment was small but the location was great! We also did not find the stairs to the 7th floor to be so bad and they were definitely feasible. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the metro and there are enough restaurants & supermarkets nearby. So for a short city trip, you can definitely recommend the apartment.

what a beautiful airbnb, would absolutely stay here again! great location as it’s walkable to montmarte, train station, notre dame, etc. we loved having espresso on the balcony every morning and the shower was so nice! spotlessly clean too

We had a really lovely stay in Maxine’s apartment and can’t recommend it enough! Maxime communicates fast and clearly - and was super kind throughout. There’s a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets all within minutes of walking. The apartment is small but space is used ingeniously and there’s a lovely view from the top! Highly recommend! We stayed at Sebastien's apartment for 2 nights, we were 3 and the size of the apartment is perfect. Everything is clean, organized and comfortable. The metro is like 5 min walking distance, in a nice and calm neighbourhood. The instructions to find and enter the apartment were clear and easy. Sebastien is a great host, responsive and kind. He give some local recommendations. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara's place! It was cute and we felt right at home for sure, and we were welcomed with a nice card with some helpful instructions to care for her apartment while we stayed. A little heads up, that it is a Paris walk up with no elevator (as is normal and not Clara's fault!) so big luggages will be tough. As well, it's an attic apartment so taller folks may find it a bit tough to navigate. For us, it was a very enjoyable stay, so close to Gare to Nord which made for easy train travel. Would stay again!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

We had a great night, the bedding is very good quality, the place is very peaceful and easy to access. Private and secure parking is a real plus. We came for the PSG final and we enjoyed being not too far away without being in the heart of the action and therefore in total safety. Thank you and go Paris!!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is absolutely fantastic place where you can see the sunsets with a glass of wine. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly so you can fully rest after long walking across Paris. Alexandre is amazing host, always in touch to deal with any questions we had. The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
