Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Such a unique place to stay! The host was very sweet with great recommendations. We had a little trouble with the stove but she was super responsive and helped walk us through any minor issues we had. I wish we would of had more time to explore.

Breve ma intenso... Ho soggiornato 5 notti nel periodo delle festività natalizie, un soggiorno purtroppo breve ma veramente bello... Verdiana è stata una padrona di casa gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento veramente delizioso , pulito e dispone di un bellissimo terrazzino panoramico la casa è al centro del paese praticamente sul corso principale dove si possono trovare negozi, ottimi ristoranti e le splendide fraschette di Ariccia, dove si può gustare la vera tipica cucina romana, inoltre l'alloggio si trova vicinissimo alla fermata del bus che ti porta nei vicini Paesi dei Castelli Romani e a pochi chilometri ci sono i collegamenti con Anagnina e Roma Termini consiglio veramente questo alloggio ci tornerò volentieri qualora dovessi tornare a Roma

I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

Ubytování bylo super a stejně tak i hostitel. Vše krásně čisté, dokonce jsme měli i kafe na pokoji. Danillo ochotně reagoval na dotazy. Berte ale v potaz, že je ubytování vzdáleno asi 30 km od Říma. Znamená to hodinu a půl cesty. Dobře si ohlídejte dopravu. Po půlnoci už jsme si museli brát taxi, protože nic nejezdilo. To je jediné, co bych vytkla. Pokud se ale dopředu připravíte, nebude to problém. I v místě ubytování je krásně.

Un host come il signor Giuseppe è difficile da trovare! Il soggiorno è stato splendido, la struttura ben curata e le indicazioni e le informazioni fornite sono state chiarissime! Un plauso in particolare alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità del signor Giuseppe, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! 5 stelle strameritate!

Giovanni byl asi nejlepší hostitel co jsem kdy zažil, opravdu úplně se vším pomohl a poradil nebo zařídil. Musím říct že ubytování a hlavně teda terasa byla úplně skvělá. Vybavení kuchyně bylo super, všechno potřebné k vaření zde bylo. Náš měsíční pobyt jsme si moc užili, často jsme jezdili vlakem do Říma, který byl čistý a velice pohodlný a levný. Mohu jen doporučit. Samotné Nettuno už toho nemá tolik co nabídnout, ale pokud jste zde autem tak se dají udělat skvělé výlety. Můžu doporučit nejhezčí pláž co jsme našli, je tedy dál od ubytování ale je to překrásné. Nachází se vedle Torre Paola s výhledem na kopec, na které je také hezké si vyjít, ale pozor, pouze pro zkušené turisty. Celkově pobyt byl super, auto jsme parkovali za bránou, měli jsme své vyhrazené stání. Dům uvnitř byl pěkný a z venku by si zasloužil rekonstrukci. Okolí bylo poklidné.

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Margherita was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is central and easy to walk throughout the town. It had a great view and was comfortable to stay in.

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, modernamente arredato e rifinito e dotato di tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere un confortevole periodo di vacanza. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ed una ottima posizione da cui è possibile spostarsi in auto per visitare i bellissimi dintorni che comprendono i borghi medioevali di Sermoneta e Norma, il giardino di Ninfa, il Parco Pantanello e l'abbazia di Valvisciolo. Le vicine spiagge sono raggiungibili in meno di un ora di macchina. A distanza di pochi minuti a piedi si trova un piccolo centro commerciale per fare la spesa. Rosario è stato molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile nel fornirci informazioni su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo per una coppia.
