Commiezenhuis

This Commiezen house (customs office/earlier BORDER/TAX CONTROL Office) is one of the oldest houses at the mouth of the North Sea Canal. The house dates from 1875 and thus forms the basis of the later IJmuiden. With the largest sea lock in the world within walking distance and beach and fishing port within a radius of 1 km, this place is an ideal starting point for day trips. Haarlem (15 min.) and Amsterdam (30 min.) are also easily accessible. Public transportation - bus and train - are available as well as free parking.

Enjoy your breakfast which you can prepare yourself at a time in the garden house.

Welcome to our Duin Suite - LoveLee -. Located on the edge of the Heemskerkerduin, where miles of cycling and hiking fun await you. For cultural excursions, Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem are within 30 minutes by car. Other beautiful cities are also easy to drive from our location such as Utrecht, Leiden and The Hague. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort.

This stylish industrial accommodation is perfect for up to 6 people, but less is also fine. You can use the spacious kitchen for cooking. Due to the location, you can be in Amsterdam, Haarlem or on the beach in no time. For example, take a lovely bike or walking tour through the dunes or go shopping in Haarlem or Amsterdam. Upon return, you can relax in the Finnish sauna.

"Adults only" stay in horse stable with skyview

Stay on a farm with cows, horses, sheep, chickens and dogs. The B&B is unique, come and enjoy the National Park, beach, sea and the city of Haarlem a stone's throw away. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the sky view from the bed in any weather. Rural and yet also close to the village. Horseback riding is not possible, but petting and visiting is of course possible!
