Kom tot rust in dit gezellige bohemian huis. Ontspan met een goed boek op de bank of spendeer wat quality time samen! Als het weer het toelaat is het goed toeven in de tuin, terwijl je luistert naar de kwetterende vogels. In de stille en donkere slaapkamer ga je een rustgevende nacht tegemoet, waarna je in de ochtend fijn wakker wordt met een heerlijke douche. Het huis staat vlakbij de Radboud universiteit en het ziekenhuis. Op loopafstand vind je Heumensoord, een prachtig bos om in te wandelen

U kunt hier ontspannen in de sauna of met een borrel bij de sfeervolle houthaard. In het souterrain kunt u een potje pingpongen, poolen, darten en/of tafelvoetvallen. Er woont een poes in huis, Beer. Ze houdt van knuffelen en eten!

Woning voor 6 personen. Rustige omgeving, gratis parkeren. Binnen 1 km van centrum. Drie woonlagen. Begane grond: woonkamer, keuken, toilet en zeer ruim dakterras met BBQ 1e verdieping: badkamer met toilet, wasbak en douche. Ruime slaapkamer met tweepersoons boxspring. Op 3e woonlaag twee kamers een met 2 eenpersoons bedden en kamer met tweepersoons boxspring. Indien je met kind reist en hier voorzieningen voor nodig hebt, dan graag vermelden. Anders zijn de voorzieningen niet voorhanden!

At 5 minutes walking distance from both the university, the Radboud UMC and the Goffertpark, my house is ideally located for visiting Nijmegen. The house is spacious and bright with a lot of character. There are two bedrooms (with a two-person bed each), a bathroom with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Parking in the street is easy and free of charge. Both city centre and the start of the Vierdaagse are 10 minutes away.

A nice familyhouse built in 1928, in a very quiet and cosy street, near the trainstation (15 min walk), the Zoo (Dierenpark Amersfoort), the forest and historical citycenter (10 min bicycle). In 35 min you travel by train to Amsterdam or other cities. You can use our typical Dutch bikes for transport. Mind you! We welcome catlovers -with no cat-allergy- who wants to feed our cats. They come outside and in the livingroom, NOT in the bedrooms.
