Nice private floor in 70s style in the city center.

The Airbnb is on the 3rd floor, and you don't have to share it. The decor has a 1970s atmosphere. A bed box has been built on the landing. The bathroom is quite spacious. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is free tea, coffee, spices, wifi and a TV in the bedstee. The floor can be closed separately (see pictures). On the second floor, I have placed an extra door that closes my floor from the landing. In the neighborhood you can park for free, but not everywhere, see explanation of access for guests.

You'll love my place because it's an accommodation in a century-old wharf cellar, with all the trimmings. The basement was completely renovated in early 2019 and furnished with a new modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Authentic, comfortable workers' house (1910) with lovely garden. A quiet place in a village part of Utrecht and yet close to shops, stations and the city center, with all kinds of nice coffee and eateries 'around the corner'. There are 3-4 sleeping places: the "master bedroom" (bed 140x200) and the sofa bed in the living room (120x200), all without morning sun. Furthermore, you can put your own crib in the room of one of my daughters.
