Alpacadroom is a unique location at the edge of the village and the forest. Our cozy group accommodation can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. With its generous living room, you will find a complete kitchen with cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family and friends' week(end) gathering. The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

There is a living-dining area with TV and complete kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Op een unieke locatie, midden in de bossen van Lunteren en naast het Wekeromse Zand, ligt deze vrijstaande vakantiewoning. De jaren 30 woning is recent volledig verbouwd. Bijzonder smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is magisch: midden in het bos, op een perceel van 4ha, tussen de reen, wild zwijnen, eekhoorns en een groot aantal vogels. Het is een fantastische ervaring om temidden van een concert van vogels je eigen stukje bos te verkennen en op te gaan in de natuur.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

In front of the chalet is a path with only local traffic. Walk or cycle directly from the park into the woods and heath. Visit the Hanseatic cities of Hattem, Zwolle or Kampen. The cottage is situated on a small family estate, in beautiful forest, just outside a village (at just 600m ), in the largest nature area of The Netherlands, with ancient woods and vast fields of heather on its doorstep.
