A bright and spacious 3-bedroom home on the edge of Royal Baarn, offering a comfortable and practical base with a sunny 16m garden, private parking and a quiet desk space for working. The neighbourhood is child-friendly and peaceful, with playgrounds, greenery, shops and a supermarket all within walking or cycling distance. Simply and comfortably furnished for easy living. Baarn’s charming town centre is nearby, and major highways provide fast access to Utrecht (25 min) and Amsterdam (30 min).

De Airbnb ligt op de 2e etage en hoeft u niet te delen. De inrichting heeft een jaren zeventig sfeer. Op de overloop is een bedstee gebouwd. De badkamer is vrij ruim. De keuken is geheel ingericht. Er is gratis thee, koffie, kruiden, wifi en een tv in de bedstee. De etage kan apart afgesloten worden (zie foto's). Op de eerste etage heb ik een extra deur geplaatst die mijn etage afsluit van de overloop. In de wijk kunt u gratis parkeren, maar niet overal, zie uitleg bij toegang voor gasten.

Comfortable corner house in Den Dolder. Available only for families. Close to supermarket, forest and station. In 15 minutes in Utrecht, in 45 minutes in Amsterdam, centrally located in the NL. In the garden, a garden set. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 with single bed. A bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Modern kitchen with cooker, 5-burner gas stove. Lovely house for a nice holiday. Many cycling possibilities, museums, (miniature) golf. Plenty to do! Pets in consultation!

This is the ideal place for relaxation for 2 people! Within walking distance of the Ginkelse Heide, you will find this cozy corner house. From here, you can find various cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes. You can also walk to the cozy center of Ede. You can relax here in the sauna or with a drink by the cozy wood fireplace. In the basement, you can play table tennis, pool, darts and/or table football. There is a cat living in the house, Bear. She loves cuddling and eating!

Enjoy this lovely house with lovely, deep south-facing garden. 4 separate bedrooms, lovely sofa, nice dining table, new kitchen. Watching television is possible via a projector. The house is located less than 10 minutes by bike from Amersfoort Central Station. Amersfoort is a nice city with museums, picturesque streets, and a cozy market on Fridays and Saturdays. We are located in Amersfoort-Zuid, close to the Treek estate and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Ideal places to enjoy nature!

Very spacious and beautiful house for 6 people

House for 6 people. Quiet area, free parking. Within 1 km of the city center. Three floors. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet and very spacious roof terrace with BBQ 2nd floor: bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Spacious bedroom with double box spring. On the 3rd floor, two rooms, one with 2 single beds and one room with a double box spring. If you are traveling with a child and need facilities for this, please mention. Otherwise, the amenities are not available!

Nice house, nice garden, lounge sofa, fire heater

Nice, spacious, clean, and tidy house with a fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Cozy lit garden with a lounge sofa and a small fire pit. Walking to the center, the beach, and the boulevard is perfectly fine, but there are also 2 bicycles ready for use (not the newest ones🙈). Don't forget to enjoy a meal at the beachside restaurant and then stroll along the harbor or take a look at the charming center of Harderwijk. You will have the whole house to yourself.

Relax in this cozy bohemian house. Relax with a good book on the couch or spend some quality time together! If the weather permits, it is good to relax in the garden, while listening to the chirping birds. In the quiet and dark bedroom, you will have a relaxing night, after which you will wake up in the morning with a lovely shower. The house is close to Radboud University and the hospital. Within walking distance you will find Heumensoord, a beautiful forest to walk in.

In the attic, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower.
