Very quiet and pleasant area, where the nearest cabin is 100 m away and otherwise it is 2-3 km to the next cabin area. There is a road all the way to the cabin during summer. (Toll road NOK 100 summer and NOK 150 winter) In the area there are many great hiking opportunities both on foot, by bike and on skis. About 15 minutes drive to Venabygdsfjellet. And about 20 minutes drive to Ringebu Landsby.

Samt 230 (630) km preparerte langrennsløyper. Langrenn ski in/out. Kun 300 meter fra hytta kommer du inn på langrennsløypenettet. (Fra ca. midten av Desember)

Viking farm, Sygard Listad. King Olav stayed 1021.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

Enjoy this lovely cabin 970 masl on the beautiful Venabygdsfjellet, which offers many hiking trails and miles of prepared slopes right outside the door. The cabin was built in 2013 with all the comforts, beds for 7-8 people, 3 parking spaces, screens for windows and beautiful views to the south. Willkommen in Snowcake Cottage, unsere luxuriöse Holzhütte mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Gålå-See sowie das Jotunheimen Gebirge. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.

Large, family-friendly cabin with four bedrooms, three living rooms, loft, two bathrooms and sauna. The cabin is located in an amazing hiking area that can be used all seasons. There are marked trails and access to several miles of groomed ski slopes in the immediate vicinity. Large grocery store that is open every day is 1.5 km away.
