Attenant à ma maison , coin cuisine, salon qui se transforme en coin chambre. Salle de bain , WC, complètent l'installation pour une autonomie. La baie vitrée en guise d'entrée a un verrou à clef et le volet roulant en possède un aussi à l'extérieur. La baie et votre terrasse se situent en plein soleil l'été. bienvenue 🙏

Quiet Studio Station/Downtown

26 m2 studio 100 m from the train station and a stone's throw from the city center. Simple, quiet accommodation in a secure building. We put in the essentials to stay there for a few days. It's not a hotel (some people forget) the price is very affordable, so don't be too demanding! Around you will find restaurants, shops, a laundromat, a bus stop, the Grandes Écoles, the theater, concert hall, bars, shops, bakery around the accommodation.

We offer an apartment on the first floor of our fully renovated farmhouse, within a working farm. Access is via an independent staircase, outside our house. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom/toilet. The common room allows you to cook and share a meal in a friendly atmosphere. Calm and tranquility are the main assets of our accommodation. You will be 25 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and an hour from Puy du Fou.

5 minutes from the train station, stay for business and leisure travel in our comfortable accommodation. We will welcome you for stays of 2 nights minimum during the week.
