Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Puo' ospitare fino ad un massimo di 6 persone. Ideale per chi ama natura, pace e tranquillità assoluta, senza allontanarsi troppo dai centri abitati. Spettacolare vista dalla terrazza del casale e dalla piscina naturalistica costruita come un antico fontanile.

Ancient farmhouse with pool between Foligno and Assisi

Stone, iron and wood; these are the materials used by my great-grandparents to build, on the foundations of an ancient monastery, the farmhouse S.Lorenzo built on top of a hill of olive trees overlooking the city of Foligno. The farmhouse, renovated in 2015, is furnished in a country style. Each house has, on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a fireplace, while on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Dedicated to the goddess of the autumn wind who brought cooler air after the hot summer, Aura consists of two living spaces on two floors: an apartment with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and a double bedroom on the ground floor, called Uranos. The kitchen, equipped and with a stovetop, is retractable. Linens and bathroom kits are included; Wi-Fi is free of charge.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
