Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great for exploring the surroundings, enjoying the beach or just relaxing. We leave with unforgettable memories and can only recommend this little corner of heaven. Very well located studio, quiet. Well equipped, just missing 1 coffee maker. We have 1 plunger coffee maker available,not convenient for me! Tastefully decorated and very clean studio,with 1 beautiful ocean view. I would highly recommend it Superb bike ride. Everything is super well appointed.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

We had 4 days just wonderful, this apartment is a real gem! The sea view from the terrace to the 4 corners of the accommodation and even the shower is just stunning! Total change of scenery guaranteed, we will come back without hesitation! In addition, Alain is very responsive if needed. Everything was perfect!

Delighted with our stay at Kate's place. First of all Kate is a very welcoming and friendly host, always responsive and with good advice. The accommodation is very charming and very clean and especially located 30 seconds' walk from the beach. Quiet and private space. Parking is a plus. In short, we loved it and will come back without hesitation.

Very good stay in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Elodie was very accommodating and available for our questions. A small gift had even been left for us on our arrival. The house is really beautiful and functional for 9 people. I recommend

Le Collet was the perfect place to finish our French holiday and our only regret was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Catherine and Laurent were really friendly and accommodating. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The house is lovely, well-equipped and comfortable and the outdoor space makes it really flexible. We absolutely loved the area and definitely need to come back to explore more. We only managed to do one of the recommended walks (though it was 18km and we even saw a coypu - ragondin!). The guinguette in town on Saturday was great, but we also enjoyed having the option of local restaurants we could walk to. We would definitely stay again and recommend Catherine and Laurents place to everyone.

Such a great place and location! It’s exactly as it’s listed and more! The concierge Isabelle, who greeted us was great! Very friendly, informative and kept in touch with us re an earlier arrival time if we wanted it, and clear arrangements for our departure day! 👍 The accommodation had everything we needed - was very comfortable, and so tidy and clean/spotless on our arrival. It is located in a lovely very peaceful residential area- pine cladded /sandy & just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach, and not much further to centre of the village with bars/ restaurants & shops! Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. I highly recommend this listing!

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and returned relaxed and soothed from their stay. I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
