Ideal location a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Agde, its shops, train station, buses. Beaches 10 minutes by car, bike (many bike paths) or bus. Small marina 2 minutes away for lunch or rent an electric boat to tour the canal. Everything comes together for a wonderful relaxing time.

This is my main residence, there are some things of mine but I leave a water jug, coffee maker.
