“The place was great. Very clean and they left us a bottle of wine and some snacks which was really nice after a long drive in. Location is great a 5 min walk from Abbot Kinney and 2 miles away from the Santa Monica Pier. The guest house is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The hosts were very kind and thoughtful. Would love to stay here again when we come to town!”

“Jame's venice beach bungalow was perfect! Great location near cafes/restaurants, markets and close to the beach. The bungalow has a beautiful open floor plan with high exposed ceiling and decorated with style. This was a very relaxing place to spend the weekend. I would absolutely stay here again!!”

“If you are after a perfect location and beautiful beach views then this is the place for you. We must have took about 100 pics of the sunset we could see from the living room and bedroom just out of this world. Literally 30 second walk and you are on the beach. The broadwalk has lots of nice places to eat and drink. The locals are a bit crazy but that’s what makes it fun. We walked to Santa Monica Pier which took 25 mins and 10 min walk to muscle beach. Only downfall was we could only stay for one night :( Will was a great host and hopefully we can return soon.”
