It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Das 1-Zimmerapartment ist in der Garage unseres Hauses von 1957. Wir haben es im Jahr 2021 kernsaniert und in dem Zuge die Unterkunft mit ausgebaut. Sie befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtwald entfernt. Dieser lädt mit schönen Joggingstrecken, einem neu gestalteten Spielplatz, Bootsverleih und Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. Die Krefelder Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch wenn die Straße nicht so wirkt, ist es überraschend ruhig.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
