The second floor has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a loft living room with an adjacent terrace and a seating area. Attractions such as Dyreparken, Sørlandsenteret, city beach and fishing jetty in Kristiansand are only 30 min away. We have tenants in a separate part of the home. he has a separate entrance so will not be a nuisance.

Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier.
