With a fully equipped open plan kitchen and living area, bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room it has everything you need for a countryside retreat. Recharge and reconnect with long slow breakfasts or cosy nights in. Enjoy lying in the hammock between the apple trees, or soak up the view whilst dining on the patio. Immersed in nature, yet only 15 mins to Exeter and Dartmoor. .

Character Country Cottage with own Private Garden

Characterful three storey cottage forming the end part of our 300 year old Devon cob Farmhouse. The cottage features a modern kitchen, huge Inglenook fireplace with log burner, luxurious wool carpets, low beams, big squashy sofa and a superking size master bed with pretty adjoining twin room on the very top floor. The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

Venbridge Hut

Come and enjoy our beautiful, comfortable and well equipped shepherds' hut located in an orchard on our smallholding in the middle of rural Devon. Dartmoor National Park, Castle Drogo, great pubs, cycling and walking are on the doorstep and our proximity to the A30 (approx 1/2 mile) means that it also makes for an easy trip to the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter, the attractive stannary town of Chagford and North & South coast beaches (in under an hour's drive). Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Little Harford Tranquil woodland glamping pod

Little Harford woodland pod is tucked away along a woodland path among the trees, offering a peaceful off-grid escape. With no WiFi or phone signal, it’s the perfect place to switch off, relax, and reconnect with nature. The pod has its own washing-up area and compost toilet nearby, along with a separate space for the fire pit. While there are a few camping pitches on site, the setting still feels private and secluded, with just five pitches spread across three acres of woodland and meadow.

Woodbrooke Farm Cottage

Airy and light with underfloor heating, the spacious, contemporary cottage has been converted from Glyn's former studios . Only 2 miles from the A30, Woodbrooke is in a stunning rural location on the edge of Dartmoor - a few minutes drive from Iron Age camps, an ancient temperate forest and the stunning Hunter's Path. Dark skies and tranquillity allow you to see the stars and hear owls call but the cottage also has fast fibre broadband, a smart TV, excellent showers and a charcoal BBQ.

There are many surrounding coastal towns for beach visits, and Dartmouth National Park is just a short drive away.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
