In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the third floor, has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. Very quiet due to the strategic situation of the bedroom. 3º Right SACROMONTE Located on the third floor It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Calle Sacristía de Sta. Escolástica. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for four people. American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. In a separate room we find a bedroom of good dimensions and a quiet stay. From one of its large windows we will have a wonderful view of the Realejo. A bathroom with a shower and a window located in a suit in this bedroom. The bed is 150x200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a 140x200 meter sofa bed. It also has a comfortable 90x200 meter folding bed that can be put in the living room or bedroom, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Air conditioning cold-heat, Wi-Fi, restricted access by security code, and TV smar tv. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. The museum Casa de los Tiros 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk) was built between 1530 and 1540 to the similarity of the Granada palaces of the time, it gets its name from the canyons that peek among its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. The Church of San Cecilio at 500 meters (7 minutes walk), the house of Padre Suarez (next to the Museo Casa de los Tiros), the Convento de las Descalzas 250 meters (3 minutes walk) or the Church of San Matías at 240 meters (3 minutes walk) will be places where undoubtedly our guests can enjoy its charms, giving rise to the wonderful building that stands out and attracts looks when strolling around the area. Once inside, in the hall we see that this has been preserved entirely original, the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Casa Ruan Albaicín, Las Bernardas Apartment

This centrally located apartment is ideal for enjoying the city and its charm. Fully renovated 18th century luxury apartment, we want you to feel at home offering all luxury of details, three balconies overlooking the Carrera del Darro called the most beautiful and ancient street in Granada, it has a living-kitchen with sofa and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to have a perfect stay, in it we can find the necessary condiments for cooking. The practical and spacious master bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs up to the first floor, where you can access the apartment. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.

When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated with interesting elements of the property. There are two flights of internal stairs to access the house, so this place is not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. No pets It has heating by radiators and a wood-burning stove.
