Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

We welcome you to a village close to the main roads. Located in the Neufchâtelois region, ideal for family vacations, the house is located in a quiet and relaxing country setting. Walks in the Eawy forest or on the Avenue Verte Paris-London (5 minutes away). Discover the local heritage (Château de Mesnières 5 min, Rouen 40 min by A 28, Forges-les-Eaux 20 min...).
