Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Welcome! Our place is close to Malibu, Camarillo Outlets, Ronald Reagan Library, Amgen, Hiking, Ventura, Parks, 25mins from various Beaches, Halfway point between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, 40mins or so to Los Angeles/Hollywood and 1hr drive to Santa Barbara. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
