Monthly Rentals in Ventura County

I stayed at Tanya’s place for about 2 months for one of my clinical rotations for school, and it was great! She always made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel so welcome and at home, and that was great especially since I had moved to Ventura alone. Tanya is incredibly kind and I would recommend anyone to stay at her place. Her place is clean and neat, all amenities were as listed, and the area was super nice. She really helped make my first time living alone and away from home such a great one! Thank you, Tanya!

The Studio on this property was perfect for me. The studio was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I will definitely go back when the need arises. The owner was very responsive as well. The property has a lovely setting. Made for a very relaxed stay.

Amazing place in a great location. Super private courtyard with beautiful sunsets. 10 min to downtown Ventura and Beaches. 25 mins to Ojai and 35 mins to Santa Barbara. Home is in quiet, neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Short 3 min walk to large (10+ acre) park.

I stayed in Carey’s front portion of the duplex for an extended stay. The unit is exactly as posted, very comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, plenty of parking on the street at all times. Carey was always very quick to respond if I had any questions or needed help fixing something in the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the garage that guests can use. The apartment shares a wall in the living room with the back unit and for the majority could not hear the guests staying there. My only complaint was the apartment faces the sun and even with the blinds closed to block it, the unit gets very hot on summer days and doesn’t have AC. It does have heat though. Otherwise, I loved my stay there and would stay again.
