Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Venturina Terme

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires, idéalement situé au cœur de la Toscane pour sillonner chaque jour vers un endroit différent. Parking en face de la maison, il n'y a pas toujours de la place, il y a un autre parking à 200 mètres. Je suis venu 8 jours fin décembre. Quand je suis arrivé, il faisait 8 degrés dans l'appartement. L'appartement aurait dû être à bonne température pour mon arrivée. Donc première soirée bien fraîche... Un document de bienvenue et d'informations sur le fonctionnement de la maison, la gestion des poubelles, des sites alentours... serait apprécié. Pas de contact avec la propriétaire. Boîte à clé et pas de message de bienvenue ou intermédiaire durant le séjour. L'appartement est vaste, fonctionnel et a beaucoup de charme. Literie excellente. Au calme et très belle vue sur les Appennins.

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

All unsere Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse wurden voll erfüllt. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Apartment ist ein idealer Ort, um Ausflüge in der Toskana zu unternehmen. Carlo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gibt gute Hinweise und Vorschläge.

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage mit grossem Garten/Pool und super Lage für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto (u.a. San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena) sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants in der Umgebung (z.B. in San Gimignano). Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten für einige Tage Aufenthalt ausgestattet (auch Küche, Bad). Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Einziger Punkt: hat man das Appartement im Haus des Gastgebers gebucht, muss man die Ringhörigkeit des Hauses (auch mitten in der Nacht) akzeptieren können.

A beautiful stay! We had the most amazing time. The space was clean and peaceful. The photos do not do it justice. Would book again!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche hier. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, die Küche ein wirklicher Traum, die Aussicht und Ruhe einfach perfekt für eine Auszeit. Jeder Raum war mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es jedem empfehlen!

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Absolutely beautiful property with the most charming country home! Our family loved picking fresh apricots, eating outside looking over the vineyard, playing tennis in the evenings, and taking a dip in the pool after a long day of exploring Tuscany! This home is peaceful and relaxing & a perfect location to get to many places in the Chianti region!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo et Francesca ,dans un petit village paisible où les habitants sont sympathiques.Le logement est atypique avec tout le confort adéquat. Dépaysement garantie, avec un coucher de soleil magnifique et une région aux paysages sublimes... Merci à Francesca et Lorenzo pour leurs bons conseils. Si vous aimez l'authenticité et la tranquillité, alors n'hésitez pas...

Antonio and Carmela were both exceptional hosts and made us feel right at home. Despite the language barrier, both of them were incredibly warm and invited us into their home for a home-made Italian dinner that included three different pizzas, focaccia and salad. The views and vibes of the area were truly beautiful and we would highly recommend this place to everyone, even if only for one night.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

Ich war mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Kindern für 4 Nächte in Vittorios Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum, ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll, gleichzeitig dezent eingerichtet und besonders sauber. Es ist von der Waschmaschine bis zum Fön alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbstständig in einer Wohnung aufzuhalten. Auch ist sie geräumig, so dass man gut einen längeren Aufenthalt planen kann. Sehr schön ist auch der weitläufige Garten mit seinen vielen Nischen zum Sitzen und Genießen, der über die Küchentür zu erreichen ist. Vittorio war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei allen Arten von Fragen und antwortete immer zügig. Ich kann die Unterkunft bedenklos jedem weiter empfehlen!

Flaminia’s place is absolutely beautiful, she and her family welcomed us and made our stay perfect. A huge higpoint was sharing a homemade meal and helping make the fresh pasta. She was quickly responsive, especially the first night when we were having problems with our directions, she guided us and even sent help! I would high recommend this beautiful, historical and unique home experience.

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in San Gimignano Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in Auroras Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Übergabe verlief herzlich und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tollen Empfehlungen von Giacomo – viele davon konnten wir umsetzen und haben so einige echte Highlights entdeckt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in Top-Lage: In nur 5 Minuten ist man mitten im historischen Zentrum von San Gimignano. Auch das Parken war völlig unproblematisch – in der direkten Umgebung standen ausreichend freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Marcos place was ideally situated in Poggibonsi old town. We used it as a base to visit San Gimignano by bus (130) perfectly guided to by the information/bus ticket shop and at 5 euros return was the perfect way to see the countryside and get to and from. We also went to Siena by bus as the train times didn’t suit which actually was a good option as bus station is literally in centre. What a wonderful city! We experienced this all during a heatwave of 35oC and a quick message to Marco regarding fans for the accommodation and they were immediately set up. Also there was a co-op supermarket just up the road for supplies. Amazing restaurant 1 minute walk away - Bazzino. Stunning food in a quirky square. Maybe a bit tatty around area but marcos apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.

We really enjoyed staying at Carlos’s place. Great communication, a clean apartment, and a beautiful, quiet location. Five-star host!
