We offer you a villa with four bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living room, a balcony, a large terrace, and a large 1600-m² patio. The villa has just been renovated and is equipped with all the appliances and a massage chair. The house is situated in the Sierra de Espadán mountains, 38 kilometers (24 miles) from the beaches of Benicàssim, and 8 minutes from the town of Onda, where you will find supermarkets, a market, pharmacies, and stores. We live in the farmhouse but offer privacy and tranquility. The houses are totally independent and so are the chill-out areas, terraces, and swimming pool.

SpronkenHouse Villa 2

This architectural brainchild (SpronkenHouse) of sculptor Xander Spronken is one of the 2 art houses amidst the lush hills of Castellon, located on a private estate of 10 hectares with almond and olive trees, (only 35 minutes from the sea). The setting is very quiet. The large floor-to-ceiling windows of the villa offer stunning views of the Iberian mountains with the 1,800-meter-high Penyagalosa peak as the centerpiece. Via a private access road, you enter the estate.

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.

The beach is about 30 minutes away.
