The extremely cozy house. It had everything you need for a stay at home. It was thus that I felt… at home outside my house. Every detail thought out with great affection to welcome us. Closed soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Clean bedding. ALL kitchen utensils including glass platters. I was worried about taking some things thinking about I could have. But I didn't even have to take it out of the bag. The house is fully equipped. Positive point for the structure of the tbm condominium. Although there are few houses the clean and flawless club. Servants very attentive and willing to help with what we needed. The local beach (straight from the condomino) clear waters and natural fish. The attention and availability of Welington tbm was a major positive point. From the moment of the reservation to our departure from the property, always attentive, polite, concerned with providing us the best. Anyway I want to program a return. I recommend it without a doubt.

The house is beautiful, well equipped. Very clean and plenty of towels available. Spacious, exactly as shown in the photos posted. Lots of space to go with kids and the pool is great. Only detail, with such an unstable climate to have a clothes dryer would be an excellent acquisition. I would definitely come back.

Our stay was quiet from start to finish. Ana was attentive, helpful, understood our needs and adapted everything that was necessary. The space is fantastic. The house has everything you need (and a little more). When we arrived, the rooms were all customized according to our needs, we were personally welcomed and recommended local markets and shops. They were 100% available for any questions. My family always travels together and it is extremely difficult to find places due to the number of people, but Ana and her mother were sensational with us! You could see the love that this family put into the house and transformed it into a welcoming space and a beautiful temporary home for us too. the house besides being comfortable, spacious and well located, it is very cozy. excellent to go with family and/or friends, as it has many beds and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, because it is close to the terminal we had easy to go to other beaches in the area and still has everything nearby: markets, butchers, pharmacies, bakery and etc. She even had the bonus of the super attentive and proactive host, always with easy contact. We love hosting so much, we will definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, super cozy and clean. The wonderful balcony shower and you can still sunbathe there. Large windows that leave the environment well ventilated and in the kitchen has all the necessary equipment, there is no need to take ANYTHING from home. The house is all equipped (with pans and simple appliances) TV to watch a movie or listen to a music, network to rest. (Don't forget repellents) There's only one fan there, but it was enough for me. No mais nota 10. Intended to rent with family members, it's super worthwhile

I spent five days with my family, and they were the best days I've ever had. Beautiful, airy, clean, very comfortable house, fans, outlets, several bathrooms, comfortable beds. We felt at home. Everything was perfect. The pools are much better than they appear in the photos, the large one is deep enough and the shallow one has a whirlpool. I loved it. I only have compliments to make. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the caretaker, Gil. Very kind, polite, helpful, he helped us whenever we needed it, brought us coconut, mango. He helped us find our way around, made our experience even more magical. Just gratitude. If you have any questions about the house, or need advice, you can rest assured. It was all wonderful. The beach is very close, and the sea is very nice.
