Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

Very nice and very clean apartment. Very close to the beach and the pool in a very quiet development. The owner's instructions are very clear.

The accommodation is fantastic, as for Virginia, she was always looking out for us.

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

The apartment is great, perfectly located, quiet area and 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Everything in the house was in perfect condition, very clean and well maintained. Communication with Maria Jose was excellent at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to have a great vacation. We loved it!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this superb apartment. Very central to the centre of Garrucha. AJ went out of his way to let my bicycle in a secure place.

Sandra's house is simply the best place to enjoy Mojácar for a few days. Large, clean, tidy, tasteful, unbeatable views (literally), both from the living room and from the roof. It is also very well located, as still being in the center, the street is very quiet and you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the village. Also, Tomasina (the contact person of the house we were with) is lovely, and both she and Sandra were aware of us from before our arrival. Really, a 100% recommended experience. My family and I will miss the beers on the rooftop as well as the village!!! Just wonderful! Sandra's house is simply the best place to fully enjoy Mojácar for a few days. With plenty of space, clean, tidy and well-decorated, and amazing views from both the living room and the rooftop. Moreover, the house is really well located since even though its centric location, the place is quite calm and silent. Sandra and Tomasina have been always available and helpful since the beggining. My family and me will definitely miss the sunset-beers, our experience at Sandra's is 100% recommendable!!!

We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at the villa. It’s a lovely villa in a great location! The photos are accurate and up to date and Paula and David are so responsive and helpful. It’s walkable to the beach which is beautiful and a lovely area to explore. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this is the place for you! The pool is lovely and kept clean and the garden is really well cared for. It really does feel home from home with everything you can possibly think of there for you!!

Raul responds immediately, the broken table was replaced the next day, the missing kettle was delivered to us the next day. Great communication, Raul wants the customer to feel good. The two pools on the premises were very welcoming. It's nice that even if it's a nudist resort, it can be used in a swimsuit, which was especially appreciated by my pubertian children. The sea was great, very close, in the morning and evening amazing beach walks. The people at the resort are very nice. It's a really nice place and even though we're not nudist, we'd love to come again

Everything is perfect, the only thing is to keep in mind that one of the two bedrooms is downstairs, separated in a certain way from the house with what you have to consider if you are traveling with small children. The views from the house and the pool, spectacular.

Very good location, the house was very good and according to the description. The hostess was very helpful and kind. Added upgrades like air conditioning and a new washing machine. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Casa Mchana. The house is very peaceful with lovely views and lots of space.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

Javier was incredibly welcoming and an attentive host. The place was just as described, in easy reach of everything and everywhere. A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Marie's accommodation is perfect. The location is peaceful and well maintained. There is an allocated parking space under cover. The apartment has everything you require and more besides. The kitchen has good quality appliances, plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery and many kitchen gadgets. The bedrooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds with plenty of bedding available and good wardrobe space. The bathroom has a very large shower cubicle and again there are lots of towels. The lounge has 2 comfortable chairs and a settee. Outside are 2 balconies with 3 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and 3 clothes airers. The wifi worked well. The swimming pool was a good size and there were several sun loungers available to use around it. The beach of Vera Playa is a few minutes walk. There is also a good supermarket, Consum, and several shops and bars nearby. Marie was easily contacted and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

This is the first time we have stayed at Maryline's, we have stayed in the area for more than 20-years. So know it very well. This apartment was everything it said it would be, absolutely perfectly positioned for the beach, restaurants and bars. It is a large 1-bedroom apartment, large bathroom/shower good sized lounge/kitchen. We didn't cook whilst we were there, so cannot comment on the oven, microwave etc. It was all available but not needed by us. We would most definitely rebook this apartment. TV reception wasn't the best, but we didn't go there to watch TV. Communication was perfect, and English speaking, Natalie, met us on time, with a smile and took us to the apartment, she was so helpful and pleasant, we had a little issue with the kettle not working and within an hour of us letting her know, she brought a new replacement kettle, even though we said we could wait until the following day. We had a wonderful 10-days in this apartment and can thoroughly recommend it.

The duplex was lovely, the pool was fab, the apartment really a home from home, Villaricos beach and the local area was a fabulous as ever. We will be back

Great place to stay/safe and secure.

From booking to checkout, Christelle has been a superb host. Careful, and flexible on entry and exit, which is greatly appreciated. I note that the development pool is very large , with very few users (last week of August), and was open from 10.00 to 23.00, and does not close at half a day. And although you have to drive to the beach, it takes 5 minutes and without parking problems.
