Es ist als „4-STERNE“ klassifiziert und verbindet den Charme eines alten Steinhauses mit modernem Komfort. Man kann sich zurückziehen, im Permakultur-Garten entspannen oder in die lebendigen Viertel von Bordeaux eintauchen. Die benachbarten Weinschlösser (Fronsadais, Pomerol, St. Emilion, etc.) laden zur Verkostung ihrer Weine ein.

Maison rénovée située au cœur des vignobles Bordelais, à 35 minutes de Bordeaux (20 minutes en train), 15 minutes de Libourne, 20 minutes de Saint-Émilion et environ 1h20 des plages (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon). Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha et transats pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Découvrez ce chalet cosy de 20 m², niché au cœur des vignes, avec entrée indépendante, terrasse et jardinet privé. Idéal pour se détendre entre Bordeaux et Saint‑Émilion, à 10 min de l’Ange Bleu. Profitez du jacuzzi extérieur chauffé toute l’année (30€ la 1ère nuit, puis 10€ la nuit supplémentaire). 👉 Linge de lit (lit fait) et de bain inclus si jacuzzi réservé. Sinon : option linge + lit fait à 5€/séjour. Espace de vie chaleureux, lit 160x200, kitchenette, clim, TV et salle d’eau.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. Welcome to this fully renovated stone house. Located in a beautiful park surrounded by vineyards, you will have a peaceful stay. On the ground floor: a living room with access to a private furnished terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with a beautiful canopy and a large double bed; the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with toilet.

Le Cosy est une charmante maison individuelle de 60 m2 climatisée + 35m2 de terrasse couverte au calme + piscine + barbecue + transats avec un grand jardin clos de 2500 m2 . (lit bébé à disposition ). Les commerces se trouvent à 3kms. Nous avons 3 adorables chiennes (1 Golden Retriever & 2 Cavalier King Charles ). Bordeaux à 20kms, St Emilion à 30mn, Citadelle de Blaye à 30mn.
