With spacious seating areas, in the den, kitchen and on the deck, there is plenty of space to convene with friends or family. Check-in is 4pm: we do our best to provide the house earlier!

Two Bedroom suite perfect for couples traveling together. We CANNOT host children under age 15. Comfortable furniture, marvelous views of the ponds below. Spacious suite with flat screen smart TV, and electric fireplace, central heating. whole house AC and mini split in summer. Both bedrooms ; king beds: one with spacious bath; walk in tile shower and tub for two. The second with shower. 6 other guests on the grounds in 2 other suites. Walk to the Buffalo Chip, at the base of Black Mountain with 2 1/2 acres, sitting on a seasonal wash, wildlife is very abundant here. You can hear the music from town in the backyard. Enjoy the firepit, brand new jacuzzi and the stars, the sunsets are outstanding and if you like photography this is the place! Please note there are steps in this home. The entire home is built into the boulders. Third bedroom can be available for an additional hundred dollars per night.
