You will arrive at a comfortable room attached to our house, located opposite with a separate entrance, mini kitchen and bathroom just for you and a companion, and with the peace of mind that we the hosts are living in the back but we will not have contact with you unless you need us, it is a quiet and central place. We have a Siamese kitten named Botitas as a pet that walks outside, he is harmless. We are located 35 miles from Padre Island, 27 miles from Space X.

This place was perfect, it was about a 1 minute drive from the bridge to enter South Padre, the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. And the Rv was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would 100% rebook in the future.

The location of this AirBnB was perfect for my husband and I! We went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and the beach was easily accessible from here. This space was clean and provided necessities for everything we needed in the AirBnb itself and to spend time on the beach. Ran into a minor issue with the door keypad not working on our last night however, Fred did all he could to help troubleshoot the issue and even ended up driving an hour and a half out to us to fix the issue. I truly appreciate the proactive response we received to have this problem resolved. I would definitely recommend Candy & Fred's place for a couple or small family if you plan to visit SPI.

Very nice and comfy Condo. Great location and the interior of the condo was decorated tastefully and the kitchen was very well stocked which is always very important to us. Communicating with our host was easy. We had a great time. Do note, the Condo complex feels a bit strict at times: coolers are not allowed near the pool and there even is a very graphic sign of what is considered a reasonable "Bathing attire". The Condo complex seems a bit old and is currently undergoing construction at one of its wings.
