Apartment located at the foot of the Bauges, overlooking Chambéry, the Chartreuse, 5-10 minutes from all amenities, 15 minutes from Aix-les-Bains, 30 minutes from Annecy. It is conveniently located for hiking from the apartment, at the foot of the Parc des Bauges, 40 minutes from the resorts of La Féclaz, Margériaz, 1 hour 15 minutes from Les 7 Laux, Valmorel. It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet, a terrace with a view of the city of Chambéry.

Renovated in 2023, this idyllic location on the heights of La Féclaz will accommodate up to 8 people. Two levels: on the raised ground floor a large living room (about 50 m2) with a wood stove, 1 bedroom with a bed (160 x 200), 1 shower room and toilet. On the 1st: 1 mezzanine with sofa and TV, 3 bedrooms including 1 open to the mezzanine and 1 shower room/toilet. Equipped kitchen. Hiking trails and close to ski slopes.

Our cottage is rated 4 stars. It is located a 10-minute walk from the shops and the center of the La Feclaz resort. (snowshoeing 50 m, cross country skiing South plateau 50 m, downhill skiing 10 min, mountain biking and walks 2 min. The cottage is new, all wood, facing south, in a quiet and bucolic location. (no road nearby, no overcrowding, view of the forest and meadows!) Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs play area with TV, DVD player, sofa bed + bed under the eaves.

A house is still under construction but the place is very quiet: on the edge of the forest and away from highways although easily accessible, no noise except birdsong. This independent accommodation is adjoining ours. Parking is available. This accommodation will be pleasant and functional for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
