Our ecological house, a true haven of peace nestled on the edge of the Mullo woods on a wooded plot, is built of wood and straw. Accessible in 15 minutes from Toulouse and 10 minutes from the SNCF train stations (Montastruc and Montrabé), it is quietly located in the back of the cul-de-sac. Everything is done to protect your health and well-being. The cottage was renovated in 2023/2024 with healthy materials, warm colors, and equipped to guarantee your comfort. Rated 3*, it accommodates 4 people.

Nature Break. Quiet Cosmos House + Parking

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Bed sheets, bath towels, and exit cleaning are included in the price. Remote work will be possible thanks to the internet connection and the office area. Close to the shops of the city center, possibility of free parking in the neighborhood Shared pool (adults, older children)

The house is fully air-conditioned and consists of a large living space with open kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. A laundry room with separate toilet and shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds.
