The living room includes a TV area with sofa and coffee table, a dining area with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and a kitchen area with induction stove, range hood, microwave/grill. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed and access to the walk-in closet. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Accessible from La Rochelle by bus, it is still recommended to cycle or by car on site to have access to shops located in the center of Verines. Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
